The objective of the position is conducting the complete cycle of recruitment process:
- receiving requests for vacant positions - search and selection of potential candidates for conducted projects
- pre-screening, selection, interviewing, appraisal of candidates, taking references
- follow-up with candidates for feedback
- conducting market research for potential candidates
- maintaining recruitment database
- planning of the recruitment process - testing
