o presales, sales and delivery phases full support including change and claim management suport for NSN TEC Local Operators (Kazakstan, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan);
o full legal and contractual support of the company’s local and international business activities with the biggest Ukrainian Сustomers such as: UTEL (Ukrtelekom), Astelit, MTS, Energozvyazok, Farlep – Invest, Sedna etc.;
o Legal support in RFI, RFQ and bid evaluation processes;
o contractual support of the Siemens affiliate – MKM Telekom;
o development and internal implementation of the contract management and compliance policies of the company;
o legal and contractual negotiations support within 6 months in 2010 of the MotoSWAP and 3G FTK Project of the MTS in Russia;
o legal and contractual negotiations support in 2011 of the 2G/3G SWAP and ROLLOUT of Azerfon in Azerbaijan including the legal support of the L/C issuance from the International Bank of Azerbaijan and the European Bank for this project

Responsibilities:
- all the JTI Ukraine corporate law issue;
- handling the intellectual property rights registration processes locally and in the WIPO;
- legal support of the financing, PPO and sales departments;
- preparation of the risk asessments in labour, corporate and tax law;
- full legal support of the expor market sales in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.
