Main responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis on general performance, effect on customer base, and segment based analysis for every new/existing product, promotion, service, or offer, Analyse market events and its effect on our customer base; revenues, sales, etc. Ongoing analysis and monitoring for existing products & services and continually suggesting ideas for a better performance and to cover some gaps.
Budget analysis
Simulation for different Offers, Promos, Products, & services before launch to see the final business models/cases.
Initiate ideas, tasks, and projects in support of business analysis
Interface with internal and external parties, vendors, and consultants.
Conduct weekly presentations to CEO and directors of all departments to discuss analysis for different OPPS.
Participate in designing relevant business reports. Ensure that upper management is informed on all critical issues pertaining to the area of responsibility
Provide and manage support on special projects as and when needed.
Churn management; running the necessary analysis to monitor churn status, and running campaigns to predict & retain potential churners.
Users monitoring, and managing campaigns and promotions to maintain high users, and increase their value
Cross selling and up-selling; managing the business of cross selling and up-selling services and products.
