While directly reporting to the Founder/CEO during the start-up of this promotions and entertainment company in Buenos Aires, Argentina my duties were extremely diverse. Marketing: To increase traffic to the newly created web site, participated in the development and execution of a comprehensive online and physical marketing plan involving extensive use of topical SEO and SMO strategies accompanied by appropriately targeted flyers, posters, and other promotional materials. Product Development:
Was responsible for the conceptualization, development, promotion, and management of unique products and services primarily designed to attract tourists to our guide of the nightlife of Buenos Aires. Event Planning/Management:
Assisted in the conceptualization of numerous events, ranging in size from 60-250 attendees. Also assisted in the management of a promotional street team (typically between 5-15 promoters) to attract clients and enhance brand name. Language Skills:
Created content for the web site and promotional tools, involving extensive translations to Spanish. The majority of clients were native spanish speakers, thus my language skills were forced to improve to a high level of fluency.

Staffing and Recruiting
Student Workforce is a niche recruitment agency that specializes in filling entry-level positions. My responsibilities consisted primarily of Marketing, Recruitment and Business Development. Towards the end of my role with Student Workforce, I was asked to write detailed instructional guides for all duties performed. Marketing:
While directly reporting to the Director of Marketing, was responsible for the augmentation of existing marketing plans and their widespread implementation across 4 separate accounts. With thorough research on market conditions, was able to successfully design and modify marketing campaigns that optimally utilized available resources. Recruitment:
Due to the successful execution of various detailed marketing campaigns, was able to engage in recruitment activities at a very high level - often exceeding objectives by double or triple. The majority of my recruitment responsibility was directed toward entry-level positions, however due to personally maintained successful business development initiatives I was able to arrange and execute senior-level recruiting assignments. Business Development:
Designing and implementing an aggressive business development strategy enabled me to successfully generate quality leads with many of North America's largest companies (GE, Rogers Communications, Shaw Communications, BMO, BDC, CIBC, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc..) This lead generation took place through dogged persistence and creative resourcefulness.
