• Working very closely with Private Label Team in PT. Carrefour Indonesia, who is licensed to produced Food and Non Foods Products to ascertain: Total Consumer Satisfaction, Product Integrity (Quality), Standards and Specifications, Audit Supplier. Responsibilities involved:
• Develop and conduct Quality Improvement Strategies programs.
• Monitor Quality Performance to identify quality trends in the marketplace.
• Monitoring and scheduling Laboratory Analysis (Physical chemical and Microbiology) for Carrefour private Label Product by third party Laboratory.
• Monitoring and scheduling Supplier factory audit by third party Auditor on Quality Monitoring Processes for effectiveness.
• Provide support and guidance in a consultative approach supplier to fulfill Carrefour quality requirement .
• Investigate and resolve Product Quality issues from Consumer Complaints, jointly setting effective corrective with preventive actions.

Responsibilities :
• Physical analysis finish good (Margarine)
• Reporting Statistical Process Control of Physical analysis to QC Supervisor.
• ISO 9001:2000 documentation.

• Physical Chemical analysis all of raw material, Work in proses, and finish good (Essential Oil, Powder Extract, Liquid Extract, Herb & Botanical).
• Reporting Physical Chemical analysis raw material, Work in Proses and finish good to Technical Service Manager.
• Maintenance & calibration instruments analysis in physical chemical laboratorium.
• ISO 9001:2000 documentation.

• Supervising & Monitoring activity of QA Technician (QA Water, QA Microbiology, QA Packaging and QA Product Packaging)
• Making weekly and monthly report to QA Head Department
• Making Quality Incident Report (QIR) and monitoring Corrective/ Preventive action for Quality Incident. • Making Vendor Corrective Action Request (VCAR)
• Costumer Complain handling
• Cooperating with Production and Logistic department for line trial schedule
