1.Development of Total Quality Management infrastructure in the company.
2.Promote Total Quality Management and continuous improvement culture across the company by creating forums like Quality Circles, Kaizen, Functional/Cross Functional Teams.
3.Compilation of process information and flow and KPIs.
4.Gather, compile, verify information from respective areas and enter it accurately into documents; such as reports, graphics, charts, presentations or forms and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
5.Monitor assigned departments processes and work methods, and collect, compile and analyse data to identify opportunities to improve production and services processes.
6.Perform standard technical calculations and prepare standard operations sheets / documents.
7.Analyse current Information Systems with a view to update and improve the systems.
8.Create standard report formats that can be easily updated with new data.
9.Make appropriate calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
10.On a weekly and monthly basis update the production & services departments information and create new Process Control Indicator Charts as required.
11.Manage the documentation and standardisation of procedures that cover all the aspects of the business activities.
12.Code and sort documents so they can be accurately processed or filed.
13.Utilize and implement PDCA,TPM, Six Sigma and SPC tools as per the TQM project needs.
14.Train team members across the company on basic TQM techniques.
