Capital Recovery Advisors is a niche sub-servicer in the Loan Servicing Industry, specializing in the workout and recovery of distressed debt including non-performing loans, judgments, deficiencies, and charged off debt. We are one of three firms partnered with the FDIC to perform the workout and recovery on the distressed debt coming from the failed banks. We are currently working the distressed debt coming from 19 failed banks across the United States. A large portion of these loans have been written off by the client and are currently "off balance sheet" assets. Therefore, any income realized from these assets goes directly to the bottom line, with little or no associated expense. The extensive loan workout background of the professionals at CRA affords an essential understanding of the issues affecting this process, including the diversity of legal and practical issues that arise from managing assets originated in various states across the country.
