Responsible for the recovery of electronic communication using various third party systems and applications at the request of legal, compliance and human resource departments. Perform daily checks, view log files and resolve any data ingestion issues with the live capture systems. Compress and encrypt data recoveries to be accessed via network shares and assign the appropriate permissions for those shares. Manage multiple request requirements in order to insure that the recovery and delivery of results are met against expected SLA delivery dates. Update process documentation and create new documentation when needed. Coordinate with tape backup teams globally in order to facilitate regional data recovery and delivery.
