RMDC is an apex level organization of Microfinance in Nepal have successfully implemented Rural Microfinance Project funded by Asian Development Bank, project was completed on June 30, 2007. Implemented AusAID Project addressed to uplift Women of Hill area of Nepal. Community Livestock Development project funded by Asian Development Bank. "Optimization of water users group" under Japanese Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR); Controlling, Accounting, Fund Management and Preparing Financial Analysis report of the organization. Performing analysis of the Project documents before signing the agreements. Dealing with commercial banks, Ministry of Finance, Nepal Resident Mission, Asian Development Bank. Preparing Business Plan, Budget, Progress report, and other financial reporting to Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, concerned authorities, organizations and agencies. Conducting training and seminar to MFIs on Microfinance, Financial management, accounts and account information system etc. Conducted Financial Analysis, Delinquency management and Interest Rate Setting training to various microfinance institutions. Attend all the finance related meetings with Asian Development Bank, Ministry of Finance (GoN) and MFIs
Conducting visits of partner MFIs on various levels to enhance their institutional capacity. During visits conduct meetings at field level, branch level and central level to give them feed back of the visit. Developed Accounting system and policy, Personnel rules, Fund Management Guidelines, HRM policy, Financial Management Directives, Loan Write-off Policy and Microfinance Development Fund Operational Guideline and Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the organization under Bank and Financial Ordinance, 2062, Risk Management Guidelines.

 1996 June - 1998 June, Senior Officer in Credit Department as a Credit Analyst, Project Analyst and follow up & monitoring officer. Job assignment includes loan analysis before disbursement plus preparing monitoring and follow up reporting to the management and board.
 Conducted training in Credit Appraisal Package to Officers and given on the job training in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to the Staff joined in the department. Developed a Excel based program for Project Analysis of Financials, which is used for Fixed Capital loan and Working Capital loan analysis in the bank.  1998 June – 1998 November, Branch Manager Bharatpur-Branch operation, marketing, credit and administration.
 1998 November - 1999 January, In-charge of operation, Bills and Remittance and credit card monitoring and follow up in Thamel Branch.
 1999 January - 1999 November: Deputy In-charge of Swift, Test Key and Reconciliation Department.
