ROLES AND ACTIVITIES:  Responsible to arrange the site condition suitable for the Installation, Testing and commissioning and handing over of projects to the client.  Guiding the technical team for their daily assignments and supervising the mechanical, electrical, testing and commissioning work for elevators, escalators, moving walks and dock levelers.  Handled troubleshooting most of the problems in Elevators, Escalators, Moving walkways and Dock levelers.  Effectiveness in maintaining good client relationships and good scheduling skills in installation, testing and commissioning and capability to work in all types of advanced elevator and escalator environment.  Good Organizational and Scheduling skills, Relationship management, Project management and Team management. SPECIALIZATION:  Very good skills and field experience in Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of 1. Hyundai hydraulic, traction and machine room less elevators. 2. Hyundai Escalators and Moving walks. 3. Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators and escalators. 4. Dover Freight Elevator 10ton capacity Relay type, Traflomatic-4 Elevators, PLC based LMH and DMC Hydraulic elevator (USA). 5. Courion Doors for Freight Elevators (USA). 6. Blue giant dock levelers (Canada).  Operation and Troubleshooting skills especially in well advanced Hyundai STVF5,STVF7,SSVF7,ELEX4B,MRLVF7 (Machine Room Less) elevators with Emergency Landing Device(ELD),Grouping and BMS with wide range of capacities from 450 kg to 2000kg.  Field experience in most of VVVF inverters, parameter setting, maintenance, troubleshooting and auto tuning of motors.  Hands on experience in adjustments of Brake, Leveling sensor, Door operator with VVVF control and Relay Logic, Limit switches and Load setting.  Very good electrical and mechanical drawing analyzing skills and understanding.  Good Knowledge in AutoCAD.
