Oversee and manage the procurement, delivery and installation of supplies and equipment for new build and renovation hotel and restaurant projects. Responsible for project development and budget preparation, analyze supplier selections and negotiate special pricing, process purchase orders, coordinate and oversee vendor logistics, on-site delivery and installation. Train and supervise project team.

Manage the continual procurement of food, supplies & equipment by reviewing inventory history, aging, and sales data. Goods were consolidated weekly and exported for distribution in Georgetown, Grand Cayman, BWI. Duties included processing orders, developing and sourcing new suppliers and products, monitoring trends, maintaining adequate inventory levels during peak seasons and logistics for all domestic and international shipments.

Duties included processing orders, purchasing supplies, monitoring production, scheduling delivery and installation for all divisions including residential, corporate, medical, retail and hospitality. Provide support to in-house and independent art sales consultants. Prepare artwork and framing bids for Corporate and Hospitality projects, by reviewing project specifications, evaluating supplier selections and contract negotiations. Also provided development and consulting services to clients.
Process and coordinate import purchases, including new product development and outsourcing.
