Underwent the Honeywell SIOP training at Morristown, US and Shanghai. Completed a Six Sigma Green Belt project for adding SAP T-codes to the Audit work papers and requirement lists.

Responsibilities handled: Led and Coordinated concurrent audits of companies like Kalyani Forge and Alfa Laval, De Laval and Internal audit of (UTI) Asset management company Ltd. etc. Statutory and Tax audits of companies like Jyoti paper Udyog, Poddar group and Palande couriers. Undertook a Sox Training session for an HUL factory to give an overview of the Sox Processes designed and documentation standards expected.

Responsibilities handled: Unilever-Vietnam: Handled Sox readiness assignment in Vietnam for purpose of making the entity 'Unilever Vietnam' Sox compliant. Part of the team of Statutory audits for companies like TML; Conducted a clause 49 assignment for reputed software MNC.
Reviewed the Sox audit work off-shore for on-site teams from Japan, China, South Africa, Singapore and Australia prior to review by the Engagement Partner.

Responsibilities handled: BMC Software Inc. - Conducted ITGC and Sox Audit in Houston US (3 months). Unilever Inc. - Worked in New Jersey, US for Sox readiness assignment. Hindustan Unilever Factories across India- Conducted Sox readiness review at various site locations and HQ and helped revamp overall Sox documentation for Stock Accounting and related processes after the SAP implementation. Tata Motors Ltd. - CARO and SOX compliance. Cummins India Ltd.: Conducted a Pre ERP implementation review and testing in Oracle 11i. Conducted Internal audits for software companies like Sungard and BMC Software.

Responsibilities handled: Independently conducted internal audits and CARO reviews for various entities in projects and product businesses across Honeywell India. Reviewed SAP Access, data migration controls and Hardware utilization. Supported Sox and Corporate audits for Honeywell India.
