•Organizes, controls and promotes the activities of the Library & archive
•Computerize the Document Control Centre with the objective of keeping the project updated on all required information for informed decision making within the boundaries of company policies.
•Control & issuing the documents needed at the correct revision level wherever & whenever they are required and ensuring that they are not inadvertently replaced by documents related to another subject or to the correct subject but a different issue.
•Maintaining of all technical documents such as specifications, drawings, vendor drawings, calculation sheets, field revision instructions, engineering revisions instructions, shop instructions, reports, MI certificates, material dispatch invoices, and bills s per approved procedure.
•Maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
•Preparing the monthly document control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical /
