In January 2007, I began my career as a healthcare recruiter with Maxim Staffing Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI. Maxim is a supplemental healthcare provider and I worked in its facility staffing division. My job was to bring on healthcare professionals everyday and to fill positions through other healthcare companies. In 2 1/2 years I recruited Nursing of many specialties including LTC, Med Surg, ICU/CCU, ER, OR, OB, L&D, and Onc. I also have experience recruiting for Nurse Practitioners as well as a Physician Assistants for Community Mental Health in the Michigan State Correctional Systems. I would also recruit for Allied positions such as Therapy, Laboratory, and X-Ray.
Our Grand Rapids office opened in January 2007 and in 2009 we won the honor of "Office of the Year."
In September 2009 I was promoted to Clinical Recruiter of the Central Region in our Home Health Division. During that time I recruited for all Clinician needs in our Central Region.
