· Administered standardized interviews to research subjects, and interviewed them in order to collect research data of sustainable development in Hong Kong.
· Verified the accuracy and validity of data entered in databases and corrected any errors at the HKU Sustainability Office.
· Wrote, designed and produced articles of current sustainable issues facing the region of Hong Kong.

* I current serve as the Founder and Executive Director at UniversityNexus.org, a national think tank for Professors, faculty members, administrators, and students to join the call to fight and improve the quality of teaching and learning in higher education institutes. The company mission is to build a national movement to defend the public interests of undergraduate students; to improve the quality of teaching and learning in higher education institutions; and to pursue transformative reform, so that all universities can better serve students. UniversityNexus.org believes that the whole communities must get involved in the fight for better universities. This can be achieved with the exchange of ideas from Professors, administrators, staff, and students from all higher education institutions. It is my hope that this think tank and issues discussed will encourage debate and transformative change within the higher education sector.

Currently serving as Acting President of the HKU Postgraduate Student Association(PGSA) as a representative for over 6,000+ research postgraduate students at The University of Hong Kong.

· Taught oral English to university students in a Language Immersion Program through Education Services Exchange with China, Inc (ESEC) at Peking University.
· Planned and supervised class projects, field trips, visits by guest speakers, and other experiential activities, and guided students in learning from those activities.
· Conferred with other staff members to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning, following approved curricula.
· Performed administrative duties such as assisting in school libraries, hall and cafeteria monitoring, and bus loading and unloading.

· Volunteered, prepared, and served coffee to teenagers at a Christian youth camp festival.

· Graded homework and tests, and computed and recorded results, using answer sheets and electronic marking devices.

* Created, developed and modified the UCI Division of Undergraduate Education website in the Undecided/Undeclared office for freshman and transfer students.
* Assisted students with general information technology questions at UCI.

* Intiatied the first Professor Luncheon program to offer students an opportunity to get to know their professors outside of the classroom in a fun and informal setting. * Established the Professor Luncheon Committee to provide FREE lunch for the featured professor and all of the students who attend the luncheon

· Visited areas affected by wetlands problems to seek sources and solutions.
· Advised land users such as farmers and ranchers on conservation plans, problems and alternative solutions, and provided technical and planning assistance.
· Coordinated and implemented technical, financial, and administrative assistance programs for local government units to ensure efficient program implementation and timely responses to requests for assistance.

· Guided new undergraduate and transfer students on strategies to succeed in college at the University of California, Irvine.
· Met with other professionals to discuss individual students' needs and progress.
· Attended professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
· Supervised students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, and on field trips.

· Volunteered as a full-time oral English teacher to Chinese middle and high school students at Hengyang Number Eight High School.
