Founded by Richard Stadnyk in 2001, Body Concepts Personal Fitness began with just one personal training client and has grown into a company that serves a number of personal training sessions daily; successfully fulfilling its mission on a consistent basis. We take pride in the fact that we have improved the lives of individuals of all ages, shapes, and sizes through our commitment to fitness and nutrition. There is not one un-wanted fat or cellulite cell that has stood up to the challenge from Body Concepts Personal Fitness and its dedicated clients!
