1- Update document control index in all binders 2-Check and classify received documents from Field Engineering (ISO Drawings, Bending Worksheets,FCN ) before distribution to other departments. 3-Check the Material Requests (MR) and submit to QC & Material Managers for Approval. 5-Check the Material's billing. 6- Update the new issue of the Material sequence according to the site needs 7- Contact the suppliers and discussed with them the status of this materials according to managers * Translation*

1-Function as an Interpreter and translate written documents(French, Arabic, English)
2-Manage the manpower time.
3-make translation in site between the workers and the foreigner Supervisors. 4-Attend some meeting in order to solve the speech relation between the client and the contractors .

1-Test Package error checking (ISO welding joints data)
2-Coordinate Test Package errors to Field Engineering for correction
3- Prepare Test Package transmittal
4-Submission of checked Test Packages to the Client
5-Test package data input & Filling 6- Coordinate test package data between the subcontractors
