- Responsibility for the day to day recruitment activities;
- Management of the recruitment process from pre-screening through interviewing to hiring and after-placement follow-up;
- Recruitment procedures development;
- Job descriptions and employee specifications elaboration;
- Clients are predominantly major operating companies and international engineering or construction companies;
- Maintaining ongoing contact with existing and prospective clients;
- Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fulfill their requirements;
- Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to recruiters to enhance their skills in providing excellent customer service, sourcing and identifying candidates.

- Responsible for selecting candidates and placing them to permanent and temporary positions with major Clients (oil&gas industry)
- Key account management: work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
- Daily routine: work with database, interview candidates, do background checks, advertising vacancies
