Handle end to end online payments operations which includes payment processing, Credit & Debit Card Fraud Investigations, Fraud Verification & Control, Risk mitigation , Chargeback Investigations, Dispute Resolution, Payment Processing, Payment reconciliation, Payment tracking and follow up, provide possible resolution for failed payments, Identify Process Gaps and Redesign, build standard operating procedures, manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of the order with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Part of the voice authorization team involved in credit and debit card authorization, fraud detection and account verification of HSBC and third party banks.

• Responsible for fraud detection and prevention, chargeback and dispute analysis.
• Derive data from search tool engines, data applications and use it to take appropriate action while investigating (corp192, Companies House, Accurint, ect , Fair Issac Score, Geo Fraud Score, etc)

A high risk operational role responsible for the development and implementation of fraud prevention and control strategies, policies and practices. Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
