HR has been a passion and profession by choice for the last 19 years. My job responsibilities does include Development and deployment of strategy in the core functions viz., Recruitment, Compensation and Retention, Employee Relations, PMS, Statutory compliance, Payroll administration to the most cost effective and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of the employees who are the internal customers.
