Worked with Group of Home Textile Companies M/S Feroze Textile Industries incorporated with M/S 1888 Mills USA (Terry towels and Terry made ups), in the following Departments From May-1997 to May 2001 Research & Development Department Worked as Senior Merchandiser (Assistant Manager) in Research and Development (Product Development) department. Duties Included • Interacting with Buyer to produce required samples (as per buyer specification) and new samples and run production thereon. • Analysis the requirements of samples i.e. Count, Reed, Picks, GSM etc. etc.
• Communicate all necessary correspondence regarding sampling and Production with buyer.
• Calculate the requirement of yarn / fibers for the samples/ Production and manage spec sheet for required length of beam, in case of bathrobe, calculate the requirement of fabric for one piece and provide spec sheet thereon. • Arrange all necessary trim and accessories for samples required by buyer and get approval thereon.
• Arrange weaving, dyeing, finishing and grading of samples/ Production and follow up to final shipments.
• Get approval from buyer on samples and keep the record to match the production accordingly and approve the production with Quality Assurance Department.
• Prepare and send lab dips and get approval thereon from buyer and track the implementation of said color along with quality assurance in production and keep the record of production recipe to compare cost.  From Feb-1996 to April 1997:  Worked as Assistant Manager of Planning Production and Control Department. Coordinating with Marketing and Production department to plan and implement the Production techniques ion to make the shipment in time.

Worked with a Leading Group of Home Textile Companies M.Yayha M. Yousuf Bari manufacturing and exporting Terry made ups and Bed and Linen as Manager Product development & Production Planning. Duties Included
• Planning production for execution of orders received, from yarn requirement to Shipment.
• Implementation of the plans approved for the orders, and work as problem shorter for the same.
• Arrangement of Venders according to there Facilities And Standard. • Sample follows up (From Weaving to finishing).
• Calculation of costing of terry products.
• Production follows up (From Calculation of Yarn to Finishing and coordination along with buying agencies and checking of Quality matters if Vender worked.)
• Coordination of queries received from Buyer and corresponding thereon.
• Also working as Quality Control Manager and handling In House as well as out side quality control matter and dealing along with the Buying agencies for inspection and settlement of queries.

• Provide all Pre Production and Production run samples before the shipment and gets Approval thereon to finalize the shipment and settle all queries from buyers.
• Furnishing the requisitions from Labs world wide according to ISO or any Other International Standard.
• To conduct the research for reduction of product cost by applying different procedures and techniques in lab.
• Prepare and send lab dips and get approval thereon from buyer and track the implementation of said color along with quality assurance in production and keep the record of production recipe to compare cost.

Worked as Manager Export with a leading Home textile Industries M/S Lintaz (Al Rahim) Textile, manufacturing and exporting Bath blankets, Bedding and Towels. Here I am responsible for all operational work related to production and shipment from Marketing to shipments.
For fulfill of above requirement, I have developed a system and a team for follow ups and control. Here I have divided my team in two parts;
2) Marketing and Merchandising: In this department I have developed the team for Marketing peoples and merchandiser to hunt market and follow orders received from marketing executives. Merchandising have been divided in three major sub division i.e
d) Weaving section: Here specialized merchandiser follows all orders product analysis, cost effective yarn selection and issue weaving program and follow accordingly.
e) Dyeing and Finishing: In this section Merchandiser Issue all dyeing programs, follow grey issuance, ensure on time feed back from dyeing house and follow stitching programs accordingly.
f) Accessories development: In this section merchandiser is responsible for developments of all trims and accessories required by buyers. He will ensure all development approvals, cost effective supply line, on time availability of all trim and accessories.
