Controlling Activities :
Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual closing, monitoring business results, analysis and controlling ledger accounts specially (GR/IR, GIT Balances & SG&A cost), Variance and trend analysis of production, Machines, Material, Labor and Overheads, perpetual Inventory of Raw material, analysis and ensuring effective and efficient Assets Management, monthly Cost Centers Efficiency analysis.
Vendor Management :
Processing and Verification of Supplier Bills, documentation and compliance, arrangement of Payment and dealing with Vendors / Suppliers.

Management Reporting: (Reporting to Sector Management for the following activities)
1. Keeping management informed with relevant information on business results (KPI) , maintaining internal controls, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and business profitability reporting, strategic business review, BUs and Regions Key performance indicators GAP analysis, cost controlling and saving analysis. 2. Account Receivable analysis, Bank Guarantees Analysis, SG&A Analysis, Regional Performance & Evaluation, Enterprise Risk Management Analysis, Updation of Provision and Accruals, Analysis of SAP Reports (specially COPA, OCC, Open Purchase Orders & Open GI/IR), various Adhoc reports and presentations. 3. Implement & coordination of various reports tool such as PUMA Web, GREAT, EFC web-base Forecasting tool, MIS plus monthly reporting tool, MODIAS at Energy Sector level.
4. Ensure Compliance of Export Control Regulations, implementation of Compliance Program at Energy Sector Level.
5. Coordination of various Internal (SOA Testing & Specially Quick Scan Audit) & External Audits.
6. Reporting to Cluster (Middle East) & Head Quarter (Germany) Management, Maintain central liaison (on sector level) with Cluster & HQ for all special Projects, Assist in setting BUs targets.
