• Provide accurate and precise support regarding Wi-max, DVB-RCS, Fiber, HFC, DSL, Long Hall, Microwave Radio, PTP Wireless Ethernet Bridge, VSAT, Hosted Contact & Data center solutions.
• Take all possible measures to timely resolve customer query and process them in accordance with our established procedures and policies.
• Respond to technical queries related to Internet, Voice and Data services on different platforms.
• Log all queries properly and escalating possible complaints to the concerned teams using effective tools.
• Regularly attend training and coaching sessions. Learning about organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them.
• Suggest alternatives and possibilities to resolve customer’s issues on priority basis.
• Treat all customers with dignity, courtesy and respect.
• Handle the customers Queries and try to resolve on Level-1.
