- Coordinate, negotiate, and administer contract terms and rates with Property Managers, Owners, Tenants and Vendors.
- Prioritization and coordination of service requests for routine maintenance and repairs with in-house technicians and vendors.
- Lease Administration – CAM’s, Owner Accounting and Accounts Payable/Receivables.
- Assist with property budgets and departmental budgets.
- Coordinate proposals, management agreement and property management takeover and turnovers.
- Produce management reports to include but not limited to account tracking.
