My role as a HR Generalist was to handle all HR issues for the company including, interviewing, hiring, new employee orientation, policy and procedure, employee handbook, downsizing, exit interviewing, training, insurance, all Federal and State compliance, company newsletter, employee communication and relations.

IMI Systems acquired Vistech merging locations in Raleigh. I relocated to Charlotte as Branch Manager for IMI assuming all sales/marketing and day-to-day business operations. Established sales/marketing strategy for target markets. Determined issues and opportunities. Established promotional strategies, i.e. trade shows, advertising, etc. Established sales forecast and goals. Developed client base, relationships, and maintained them on an ongoing basis. Relocated for Vistech as Branch Manager for start up office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsible for lead generation, sales, customer service and making our new presence in Raleigh known. Hired all internal staff including sales and recruiting team. Mentored and lead team to successful Branch growth exceeding our goals. Directed and managed the day-to-day operations with reporting accountability to corporate. Successfully grew the Raleigh Branch from $0 to $5M in our first year of operation. As an Account Representative in Virginia I generated over $5M in revenue in my first year with Vistech, signing on major accounts like; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Reserve Board, CDSI, Computer Science Corporation and more.

*Developed a start-up Information Technology Company from the ground up and expanded into three markets serving Fortune 1000 companies through-out the US. *Principal business development person primarily responsible for revenue growth for company in North Carolina, Maryland, Texas, Colorado and California.
