I processed and tracked over 3,362 Authorized Time off (ATO) such as Rest and Relaxation(R&R), Leave without Pay (LWOP), Business Trips, Medical Leave, Emergency leave and Resignation request of DynCorp and Honeywell employees at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan and MEF Sites Camp Dwyer, FOB Shindad, FOB Price and FOB Robinson through approval processes and forwarded to Travel Office at Kandahar, Afghanistan. I obtained passport copy, Letter of Authorization (LOA) copy, and Dubai Visa Application forms and obtain snap shot photo of employee. I reviewed all travel requests to ensure it is in compliance with the Company travel policy and coordinates revisions with employees, as required, before sending out to Travel Office. I maintained accurate record keeping of all ATO request. I manifest employee’s Charter flights for ESJ and DFS flights from Camp Leatherneck to Dubai. I coordinate the visa processing and purchasing of employee’s Flight tickets to Travel Office, Advise employee’s to out-process prior to departure. I collected the completed out-processed forms copies and other required documentation to facilitate travel. I conducted pre-departure flights to scheduled departure employees and disseminate the respected tickets. I send the pre-manifest and final manifest of departing employee’s to Travel Office in Kandahar, Afghanistan and DIDC FWD MCC group in Dubai. I use to request tickets from camp Leatherneck to Dubai, from Dubai to final destination. Round trip tickets.

I was responsible to respond to client requests for ground transportation service in an efficient time frame and accurately key reservation information into the DynCorp system while providing the highest level of customer service. Following up with local offices to ensure that all aviation client criteria are followed to ensure a seamless travel experience for the client. Anticipate flight and weather delays and work with companies for aviation support to adjust pick up times and locations to accommodate customer needs. I effectively co-ordinate the passenger experience whilst travelling through the airport. Offering an exemplary display of customer service at all times and assist passengers with the self-service kiosks that are available within the terminal. Carry out the check-in transaction. Maintaining of all cargo and passengers arriving to or departing camp. Knowledge working with Army and other military services. Coordinated, monitored, controlled, and supervised the movement of personnel, equipment, and cargo by highway, and in support of military cargo transport requirements. Coordinates with the Military Movement Control Team (MCT) to transport materials and equipment throughout the country of Afghanistan. Tracks convoy, ground movements and air cargo when moving material and equipment throughout the theater of Afghanistan, Coordinates activities with military personnel. Perform tasks of maintaining and updating data into crew tracking systems. Communicate with multiple internal departments to deliver effective service and meet customer satisfaction
