Technic Project Coordinator at the Big Project of water transmission Oued Othmania – ain kercha intended to irrigate the plains of eastern Algeria .The Project includes :
- one reservoir of capacity 263.000 m3.
-140 km of Water Pipeline between 1800cm and 2200 cm of diameter in DUCTILE IRON PIPES
- 03 pumping station with a debit of 16.2m3/s, 9.8 m3/s, 3.4 m3/s and capacity of 36MW ,20 MW, 12MW. Algeria.
Responsabilities:
--To work closely in coordination with the Head office in Spain.
-Provide technical assistance to the contractor
- Leading the project team and coordinating the project.
- All matters related to project content.
- Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
- Work with contractors, avoiding any possible construction delays and develop solutions to issues as they arise. - Relational faculties and capacities in animation and management of meetings .
-Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
- Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
- Update execution plans and procedures .
- Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures and manage reporting.
- Ensure quality control and Inspection and stay up on the customer's satisfaction.
- To establish the attachment and the situations and a weekly report. - Participate in the development of specifications and the cost for all amending work.
- Achieve the technical appraisals and the pre-diagnostic.

Site Supervisor at the Big Project of Potable water Transmission MAO" Mostaganem, Arzew, Oran" that includes: - Two reservoirs of capacity (120.000m3 and 300.000 m3) .
-92 km of Water Pipeline (1400 to 2200mm) in Prestressed concrete Pipeline (BPAT) and in DUCTILE IRON PIPES.
- Pumping station with a debit of 4m3/s. Responsabilities:
- Supervision of the Contractor’s work.
- To supervise and to receive the works of the project in big dimension.
- Ensure quality control and Inspection.
- To analyze and to solve the problems on site.
- Produce progress reports.
- Participate in the approval of the plans. - Develop technical solutions on site.
- Work in collaboration with the office of Consultancy.
- Manage the Agency's relations with the contractors and the local authorities.

- Provide the technical, financial and administrative management of the dam.
- Management of the Human Resources (to motivate, to develop the potentials and to pilot the performance.
- To establish the cost on the technical, financial and human aspects of the project
- Manage the Agency's relations with the administrations and local authorities
- Organization of the tasks (distribution, quantification and management of the polyvalence’s) - Enforce safety policies and procedures and manage reporting
- Establish the plan of action - manage and ensure on the natural resources of the dam.
