Portal & Content Localization Manager will:
- Assist in identifying appropriate RSS feeds,
- Promotional content and links for the portal.
- Utilize content and subscriber management tools to maintain and manage portal content, including templates, link taxonomy, promotions and business rules.
- Test plan execution, results reporting and tier 2 support as necessary on all production related
content issues.
- Conduct editorial testing for the validation of localized content,
- Provide translation services, as well as localization and contextual validation.
- Creating, Fixing, Testing and Manage all content (image, text, url, RSS feeds) before it deploy to
live environment.
- Creation and on-going management of portal test plans, operational procedures & trouble shooting guidelines.
- Content qualification test plan execution within expected timelines, this includes editorial testing for the validation of localized content.
- Provide tier 2 support to Content Providers
- Provide tier 3 support for Telco/Celco
- Implement link, template, and promotion updates within Content Management System tool suite based on customer requirements.
- Provide text string requiring translation and load all updated strings into the platform.
- Test all localized text within the applications for contextual and encoding validation and acceptance.
- Work with other vendors and Technical Solution Providers on related items.
