Primary responsibility; Complete customer service in the origination of loans for foreigners in all regions of Mexico which included but not limited to, contacting prospects to explain in details (lending guidelines) interest rates, programs, closing costs and monthly payments associated with a mortgage loan in Mexico. Also pre-qualified clients by means of verification of personal information that included pulling credit report, verify fico scores, income documentation, personal information from financial institutions and inputting information into a Calyx Point software system. Other tasks included calculating DTI ratios, preparing GFE’s financial evaluations for serious prospects that were looking into acquiring a mortgage loan for a purchase, re-finance or a construction loan in Mexico. Assist in-house processor with the gathering of income documentation from clients to process loans prior to submitting file to lenders. Visited real estate offices & developments in the Baja Sur region, meet with sales personnel to promote PCI’s Financial Programs. Attend open houses and all seasonal events to market our Mortgage diverse Loan Programs. Maintain good relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate brokers, developers, investors, property owners, sales & closing agents. Preserve updated database of all contacts gather for future promotions, marketing and advertisements.
