SInce that time, Premier Commercial Properties has established itself as a leading Commercial Real Estate Company in the northern Twin Cities metro area. Billed as a "Real Estate Services Company", Premier Commercial Properties prides itself on referrals and repeat business while providing corporate and individual clients with tenant representation, landlord representation, assisting buyers and sellers with property and land purchases, and general commercial real estate consultation. Premier Commercial Properties serves clients within the retail, industrial and office market sectors and has developed several multi-tenant projects projects of which they retain partnerships with their clients.

Marty spent 18 years calling on and managing national sales accounts including AT&T, the Regional Bell Operating Companies (US West, NYNEX, Bell laboratories ) for the Onan Corporation and Cummins Power Generation. Marty also spent 4 years managing the Rental Division for the Power Systems Group at Ziegler/Cat in Shakopee. Marty's experience here has shown him the needs and capital resources of local distrubtors and small business, as well as, the insights and strategic directions used in the fortune 500 boardrooms.
