Responsible for the office organization and administration management (phone, scheduling, correspondence and letters, invitations), organizing meetings and taking minutes, organizing internal and external events as well as interpreting for official and working visits of representatives of the Macedonian Government in Austria; accounting (cash management, invoice management, outstanding item management) , support of Consular Affairs, customer service and customer care in the Consular department.

Assistting the Secretary General, organizing meetings and gatherings, keeping minutes, accounting (cash management, invoice management, outstanding item management). Event management organization of internal and external events in Austria and abroad, research and communication with funding agencies, customer service and customer care, customer acquisition management, website maintenance. Office organization and administration management including internal and external correspondence, scheduling, consulting, customer relations, potential market possibilities, sales of services, strategic alliances, promotion of investment and trade opportunities, joint ventures, government liaison.

Developing the project plan with the team and managing the team’s performance of project tasks, ensuring that the team completes the project, supervising and coordinating all activities, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project and delivering the performance with better success rates. Prepare bids and proposals for the prospective clients, providing full information to the account departments, preparing status reports and presenting them to the higher managing authorities.Status reporting, risk management, budgeting. Building strategic alliances between international businesses and South East European companies and governmental institutions. Securing acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders. Participating in meetings, discussions, project site visits and workshops. Customer acquisition management, website maintenance.
