Provide interpretations for medical doctors, nurses and other hospital staff so they can effectively communicate with patients in their native language. Still work at WakeMed on suplemental basis

Manage day to day operations, coordinate interpretations across North Carolina. Recruit and train new interpreters. Manage interpreter relations with over 300 active interpreters. Secure business with institutions that need medical, education and legal interpretations and translations in over 70 languages.

Provided excellent care and nurturing. Focused on their physical, mental and emotional development through a well established program. Helped the children develop in a bicultural atmosphere where they learned to speak Spanish from an early age. Implemented a pedagogical approach that aided the cognitive development of the child through exercises that also developed their motor skills. Always held as a priority a close working relationship with the parents in order to extend the children's progress beyond the center and into the home.
