Started in IT in 1996 selling SW/HW, leading first steps in cold calls, profesional customer service, attending many vendor training was also responsible for reseller certification/partnership.
In 1997 became official Microsoft Certified Partner for the first time.
Between 1997-1999 I have achieved strong customer relationships, tender procedures, account management, pipeline, and have signed several big contracts already. At that time I started with more sophisticated server/network/storage solutions and services targeted biggest firms in Poland. Next big step was becoming proxy (empowering of CEO and Board) in Exus, completely start-up, fixing office, register Ltd in Warsaw, as a Branch for NYC HQ, hire staff, deal with key clients, and running the day-to-day office operations, supply the equipment, etc. My entrepreneur nature helped me to achieve goals and handle the Board expectations.
