• Formulate and implement Administrative plan, policies and procedures that support the organizational values and objectives and provide the infrastructure to all the departments from time to time.

• Vendor contracts, Renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, Bills verification, Bills certification, Follow-up of Bills. • Facility Management - Maintenance of Lights, Maintenance of Generator and AC, Computer System, UPS, EPABX, Water Dispenser, Toilet Maintenance, Security Management, Housekeeping Management, Effective use and upkeep of Access Control, CCTV, Smoke & Heat Detection, Portable Fire Extinguishers. Handling of BMS, AC & Electrician Technicians.
• Liasioning with BMC / MIDC / Labour Department, ESI, PF, Registration, Professional Tax and other statutory / Government bodies
• Provide support to administration for event management. Administrative support to over Sites through routine inspections and reports.
• Utility Bills - Electricity, Telephone, Broadband, Water, Generator - maintain a record with details and date of all bills received and payment made
• Monthly Bill payment - Rent of premises (by 10th of every month), Water, Security, Housekeeping, Beverages, Newspapers, Stationary, Xerox
•Handling Contract Staff - Control over contract staff through process based information management and individual verification.
•coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors, which also includes travel and lodging arrangements. •Attending the Audit and Govt. Officials.
