SM has been established to provide services to people with PMLD (profound and multiple learning disabilities) , aged from birth, through life. People with PMLD represent 1% of the population. SM aims to provide a unique solution providing consistent support through the most challenging times during life for people with PMLD and their families, including early help and support through transition county wide.

Sourced and implemented systems to improve efficiency in the daily running of the centre, in line with budgetary constraints. Maintained and developed procedures and policies and ensured adherence in centre practise.
