Reporting to the Resourcing Manager with a team of 7 direct line reports 2 Resourcing Advisor and 5 seconded Store Manager (Assessment Officers) responsible for the planning and design of the Woolworths Groups Retail Operations recruitment processes, Including the design & running of Assessment Centres for the recruitment of external Area Managers , Store Managers , Assistant Managers and Fast Track Graduate trainees. The design of best practice guidelines and process for all store recruited roles such as Team Leaders, Colleagues and Christmas temps.

Working as a business partner to 3 Area Managers across London and the South East. Responsible for 3 Areas total annual t/o circa £280m - 79 stores, 79 Store Managers, 54 Assistant Managers and 2500 sales colleagues. A key member of the National and Regional HR Team driving organisational strategy through to line managers ensuring key change initiatives are implemented across the business.

Responsible for recruitment strategies, planning & processes to support the conversion of an agency / franchise based retail business to a directly managed estate of 400+ Esso branded retail outlets throughout UK & Ireland. Responsible for recruiting all Store Manager, Territory Manager, Field specialist, Safety, Training and HR roles to support the business expansion.

Reporting to the Europe / Africa HR Manager. Line Manager to a team of 5 HR Advisors and 1 HR Assistant covering UK & Ireland - 4,000 employees circa 400 sites.
Developing in country HR strategy & practices and coordinating local HR service provision in all areas of employee relations, disciplinary & grievance, performance management, organisational realignment and consultation, career development and succession processes
