1. Preparing all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, peers, subordinates and to communicate with other Departments.
2. Documenting / recording information, maintaining files, processing all paper work, and performing day to day administrative tasks.
3. Ensuring that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
4. Maintaining updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly marked in a Document/ Drawing register as per the Company procedure
5. Maintaining the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
6. Giving support to other Document Controllers on project site and help them to perform their duties in sufficient manner.
7. Updating the Quality Management System Procedure Database and Control the distribution of the Quality Procedures in Electronic means of communication (Intranet and CDs for project).
8. Preparing various Quality Procedures of the company as required.
9. Preparing, Updating and Maintaining all Logs for Correspondence, Procedures and other Documents
10. Taking participation in Company Internal Quality Audits.
11. Updating the Non-Confirmative Report Records.
