Leads college recruiting and co-op/internship program across the company. Builds strategy, programs and process to increase awareness of MITRE as an employer of choice with students from the high school to PhD levels. Develops internal programming to create valuable and satisfying experiences for student employees.

Management Trainee Program rotates college graduates through various departments in order to build the skills necessary to become future leaders of the company. Rotated through multiple departments for 3-12 month increments, including:Production Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, Imaging Service Representative, Customer Service Representative, Corporate Estimator, and Sales Service Representative.
