I have 26 years of mine surveying experience, mainly in gold and in platinum mine in South Africa and for the last two years and 6 months in Mongolia as Supervisor in the Engineering Department. This time in Mongolia I spend to train Mongolian Mining Engineers in all aspects of the underground engineering requirements, excample Surveying; ventilation control; QA/QC on over-and-underbreak on development; laser installations; Atlas Copco M2C alignments in developemnt; explosive control and explosives magazine control; Drill patterns and blasting procedures. as-builds and reporting of all underground activities. I developed all Engineering work procedures and Safety Standards. Part of my daily task was to have Saftey huddels with ME's; which i believe to be a critical part to plan the work ahead. I'm currently busy training ME's in Shaft Sinking activities, and establihed the procedures for Shaft Sinking on the Ot Project. My experience includes all underground and surface
