Co-responsible for the quality of the production of car mirror actuators. Designing test setups, running tests and engineering of design improvements.

Converting a stairlift concept design of GBO to a product for a series of 8000. Realising a prototype for the REHA CARE 2009 trade fair. For several parts, new concepts were developed that suit alternative production methods. Responsible for all technical drawings which were made from scratch.

- Creating and giving a communication workshop for USG Innotiv employees.

Cutting machinery development. Realising a prototype and its product for a series of 200 per year. Responsible for all technical drawings which were all made from scratch.

Responsible for advising on construction of adhesive joints after doing FEM analyses on them in SolidWorks (COSMOS). Calculations were done on aluminium parts that were joined with polymer parts.

Development of new concepts, prototypes, test setups and product improvements for polymer and rubber products.
