- Performs the tasks related to restructuring, strategic planning and implementation of the strategic plan of the Company, expresses opinions and performs the most complex tasks within competences and other tasks by order of the EB
- Timely coordination of activities related to monitoring and revising of the annual Business Plan of the Company;
- Adequate communication and timely managining of activities related to presenting the Company business activities to current and potential investors;
- Timely identification of strategic processes which implementation requires external consulting support and planning and coordination of activities of consultants in cooperation with the competent organisational units of the Company;
- Carries out preparatory activities and participates in the process of performing GAP analysis of the Company;
- Carries out preparatory activities related to establishing of Project team for changes, that will, after stating the circumstances in the Company and defining the Institution Building Plan, carry out further activities in terms of implementation of changes;
- Coordination of all activities that come within the competence of this organisational unit under the IBP;
- Cooperates with organisational units of the Company for the purpose of achieving complete implementation of activities in accordance with the wording of the IBP;
- Coordinates and manages all activities of external consultants engaged for the purpose of implementation of the IBP;
- Monitors the course of implementation of the IBP, as well as the envisaged time limits for implementation in organisational units of the Company;
- Proposes amendments to the IBP to the Executive Board;
- Prepares monthly reports on activities to the Executive Board and quarterly reports to the BoD of the Company
