I am the managing principal at Talent by Design Consulting, L.L.C., located in Lawrenceville, GA. The mission of Talent by Design Consulting is to use a strategic perspective to help companies leverage hidden talent and engage employees by focusing on the identification, development, and managing of talent, followed by measuring success and progress.
I have over ten years of experience in the areas of talent management (performance management, competency management, and succession planning), employee engagement, organizational surveys and assessment, change management, workforce planning, employee selection, job analysis, customer improvement planning, training, project management, measurement, and research methodology. I have designed and implemented business solutions for clients in the public sector and across multiple industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, media, technology, and education.
I possesses a unique ability to see how to integrate seemingly disparate activities and functions into a cohesive program as well as identifying any additional pieces that will complete the picture.
