Responsible for the administration of the treasury department. Fiscal and business reporting. Assisting in handling and optimizing daily liquidity.

Responsible for the build-up of the entire administrative function, ranging from ERP systems, contract handling systems to the development of financial reporting. Fiscal and tax reports and filing of financial reports to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Monthly reporting to parent company, including regularly conferences. Swedish representative in a project to unify and improving group reporting and follow up.

Responsible for both the consolidated financial statements and parent company accounting. Participated together with the CFO in the financial reporting to the management and the board of directors. Responsible for fiscal and tax reporting. Coordinated auditing within the group. Supervisor of the accounting group consisting of four persons. Project leader for implementing a new ERP system. Responsible for the company insurances.

Head of Group Business Control consisting of three persons. Responsible for the buildup of the group controlling function worldwide including production controlling. Developed and established both the budget and forecast routine and the business follow up. Responsible for financial guidelines and improvements of financial routines. Project leader implementing two business systems and member in the steering group when implementing a project management system.

Member of the management team and submits financial matters to the board of directors. I also act as adviser to the owners regarding financial and investment matters. Responsible for monthly financial reporting, budget and forecast. Focus on financial and organizational improvement, ranging from project follow up to employee benefits and compensation. In charge of company ERP and other business systems. Responsible for negotiation and purchase of administrative services e.g. bank service, office premises and regular and mobile phones. Works actively together with the sales departments (Sweden and International) with development of pricelists and customer financial solutions.

Member of the management team, responsible for Finance, HR and IT. The Swedish group consists of three legal entities of which Phonak AB is the largest. Phonak AB is present both in Sweden and Finland. Two companies act as distributors in the Swedish and Finnish markets while the third, newly acquired, act as retail company in the Stockholm area. I my role I have overall responsibility for Finance, HR and IT within the three companies, including a major focus on increasing quality in processes, reporting and routines. Monthly and quarterly financial reporting to head office, local fiscal reporting and tax declaration. As HR-responsible focus lies on recruiting, target setting, appraisals and succession planning.
