Leading the core banking application support team within IT department

I am taking care of Banking Solutions of Deutsche Bank in Russia and CIS countries which means business analysis leading to delivery and further development of IT solutions for business lines of the bank. 15 business lines in Russia, 4 ones in Ukraine and 1 in Kazakhstan are in scope of my responsibility. Me personally and my team deliver various business and IT projects such as:
- Deutsche Bank Uraine establishment (business applications)
- Implementation of a variety of derivative products (back office and Finance)
- Anti Money Laundering facilities
- New domestic payments processing system development and implementation
- etc. I manage a team of highly qualified experts that combine deep knowledge of various business areas (such as Global Markets, Cash Management, Finance, Capital Markets Sales, Private Wealth Management etc.) with deep knowledge of business processes and IT solutions for those business areas and strong personalities.
This job requires doing of business analysis, people and project management, negotiations and many other things in the same time.
This sounds tricky but we do it and as result we are the ones who make our internal customers happy.
