“Outsourcing” Manage all HR and Admin Functions • Directed the effective delivery of Human Resources Management, including Employee Relations, Job Analysis,and Job Description for each title, Recruitment, Organizational Chart, Organizational Development, Benefits and Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Build Effective Culture, Labor Law, and HR Information Systems for division with 70 employees and 8 branches. • Conducted interviews, screened applicants, and provided new hire orientations. • Payroll (Salary sheets, Bonuses, Sales commission, ATM procedures, allowances, and all the payroll effects calculations) • Hiring & firing procedures. • Establish and implement these administration functions, Attendance system, Punishment documents and deductions, Vacation (plans, vacations sheets, balance, approval…), Fleet management, Petty cash management, Insurances, Purchasing procedures. • Filling system for both hard & soft copies.
