I started my professional career in Chemical Plants “ROKITA” in Brzeg Dolny. Working closely with the plant’s General Manager and the Executive of the Management Board Office resulted in receiving their recognition and offering me a position of the Executive of the Human Resources Department. Before I took the post I had gone through a number of professional trainings and gained practical knowledge while working as a Personnel Advisor. After the Group had gone through a deep restructuring process in 2001, an independent unit was set up to provide HR services and I became responsible for the overall shape of works carried out by that newly set up business unit. First and foremost I was responsible for drawing up and implementation of the outsourcing services sales strategy.
