Resposible for managing data center activities in line with rules, architetures and strategies by Fiat Group Automobiles Information and Communicatio Technology. General duties are as follows:
- Identification and planning of all activities, with definition of timing, deadlines, efforts and planning development including the definition of roles and responsibilities of the team;
- Location and placement of necessary human/technical/methodological resources;
- To check activity progress status compared to the planning and carrying out the appropriate actions;
- Management of technical/functional change management;
- To guarantee a constant and timely update of operative documentation;
- To ensure the communication both inside the team work and to third parts (e.g. users, suppliers, ...);
- Setup and manage systems for public facing high-traffic applications;
- Able to work as individual contributor and provide technical leadership within the admin team;
- Proactively identify mitigation strategies where needed and follow through to minimize risks and negative impact;
- Prioritize day-to-day tasks to align with key project milestones and communicate any potential to miss deadlines early on;
- Work collaboratively and contributively with other engineers and team members.
- Providing detailed technical input in the planning, design and development of all electrical and mechanical facilities equipment. The activity, carried out at the plant hardware room, has to guarantee the following services:
- Taking on and management of problems, during the whole life cycle;
- Activation of local/central availability;
- Monitoring of systems, processes and LAN/WAN network;
- Back-up management;
- Transmissions between central and local systems;
- Activation and management of procedures;
- LAN first, second and third level service to execute restoration operations;
- Systems first, second and third level service to execute restoration operation.

- Participating in making strategic decisions in the field of IT.
- Planning, designing and implementation of new solutions. - In charge of maintenance of Information System to be in functional and stable state. - In charge of the following units inside Infrastructure Division: Networks, Servers, Operating systems, Databases, Security and Technical Support. - Reporting to the Executive Director of the IT Department on the regular intervals. - Managing of the IT Infrastructure Division inside IT Department .

- Provide technical support, guidance and installation services to the company networks on the implementation and operation of their information and communication technologies infrastructure. This includes data communications, networking, server and client operating systems, standard desktop applications, ICT security, asset management, contingency and risk management and general ICT operations.
