Wind Energy
Solar Energy
Biomass / Bioenergy / Biopower FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR PROJECTS (ALSO JOINT VENTURE PARTNER OR PURCHASE) We are currently interested in all project types including:
- Biomass (woody feedstock, green waste, agricultural supply) with proven fuel supplies or the ability to contract for fuel supply
- Wind
- Solar
- Landfill Gas
- Natural Gas
- Fossil Fuels other than natural gas (primarily outside the US) Project investment should be $15 million and up, with a preference for larger projects (greater than $25 million). With the expiration of the grant program set for 12/31/2010, we have a strong preference for operating assets or those that can be funded and construction started this year. Wind and Solar projects that can't commence construction this year are still of interest if they are over $100 million in total capital costs (this allows us to structure an efficient tax equity investment). Projects outside the US can be in the early development stages, but would need to have other compelling factors such as off-taker commitment, government commitment, and based on proven technologies. Our ability to handle multiple projects is limited, so we only focus on those with high potential. NO UPFRONT FEES WHATSOEVER For more information please contact me directly: Glenn M.
