I have been involved in the management, funding, policy and advocacy of the arts and entertainment sectors for over 20 years occupying key posts within PACT, The Windybrow Centre for the Arts, The Playhouse Company and The Market Theatre. For the last six years I have worked within through the line marketing and advertising agencies on communication and brand strategy. I have also worked extensively as a facilitator and trainer in South Africa, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mauritius and Zambia.
