As Senior Consultant my work includes all phases of Search and Selection Processing of potential employees for our clients. These responsibilities include:
·Evaluation of clients' organization and their position in the marketplace
·Analysis of job requirements and skills of potential employees
·Selection of most effective advertising, executive and assessment centre resources
·Development and presentation of cost proposals to clients for our research
·Identification of clients' list of competitors ·Management of researchers' activities - conducting phone interviews /making appointments
·Estimation of realistic time-frame in locating and placing potential employees
·Writing and publishing advertisements to obtain resumes
·Screening resumes and conducting personal interviews
·Presentation of preferred potential employees to clients
·Location and placement of potential employees Follow-up of employee placement to determine client satisfaction and promote future business
